Lead Pastor

Associate Pastor

Pastor Zach has served as Lead Pastor at Grace since 2022. Together with his wife Shannon (est. 2008), they cheer on their four active kids in sports, academics, music, and more. Zach is passionate about church planting, discipleship, and reaching those who are unchurched, de-churched, and disenfranchised with traditional church life. Outside of ministry, he enjoys fishing at the Outer Banks, cheering for the Tarheels and Green Bay Packers, and meddling in self-defeating DIY projects.  

Since 1984, Pastor Stan has faithfully served in church ministry, collectively spending more than 17 years on staff at Grace Covenant. He currently serves as Associate Pastor, where he carries a wide range of responsibilities and finds particular passion in nurturing a healthy staff culture and environment. Stan and his wife, Cammie, have been married for 41 years and share a deep commitment to life, family, and ministry together. 

Congregational Care Pastor

Pastor Paul has been part of our church family since 1998. He has worn a lot hats over the years, currently his primary role is serving as Congregational Care Pastor, Chaplain to the Cornelius Police Department and pastoring Grace Seniors. When not caring for others he enjoys vegetable gardening, cooking and making pickles. 

NextGen Pastor

Pastor Marcus has been a part of Grace Covenant since 2021 and joined the church staff in 2023. Marcus is a dynamic communicator who loves to inspire the next generation to pursue God’s plan for their lives every day. When not at church, you can find Marcus enjoying some quality time with his family, snapping photos, or fishing with his son. 

Church Administrator

Troy Dally has been part of Grace Covenant Church since 2005 and joined the church staff in 2022. He loves this church and is passionate about serving its people with compassion and hospitality. Outside of church life, Troy enjoys hiking and spending time in the mountains with his wife and their two adult children. 

Communications

Kate has been part of the Grace family since 2016 and currently serves as the Communications Strategies Pastor, helping shape how Grace communicates its mission and tells stories. She is passionate about using creativity and strategy to help people connect with Jesus and one another. When she is not at Grace, she loves spending time with her husband and community, going on adventures, being outdoors, eating good food, and finding ways to make just about anything a little more fun. 

Denver Campus Pastor

Pastor David has served on staff at Grace Covenant since May 2019 and is the Denver Campus Pastor. He and his wife, Brandy, have been blessed with nine children and six grandchildren, who lovingly call him “G-pop,” his favorite title. David loves seeing the church lobby filled with conversation and laughter, a reminder of the joy and community God has built at Grace. 

Mooresville Campus Pastor

Pastor Steve Robbins became the Mooresville Campus Pastor at Grace Covenant Church in 2022. He loves teaching God’s Word and simply being with people—whether in worship, conversation, or walking through life together. In his free time, you’ll often find him out on Lake Norman fishing or enjoying the water with friends and family.
